The unofficial Mayor of the ACC and voice of the NFL's Atlanta Falcons Wes Durham stopped by today to discuss the "Deflate Gate" situation, the Super Bowl and Coach K approaching 1000 wins.
Durham on Patriots: "This has not been the greatest stretch for Roger Goodell, so one theory is that coming down hard on Patriots would be good PR."
Durham on Russell Wilson: "Russell Wilson has chance to enter pantheon of quarterbacks if he wins this one. There are Super Bowl winners, and then multiple Super Bowl winners."
Durham also discussed the culture of great basketball coaches in North Carolina: "if you grew up in North Carolina, or live there now, you're spoiled to have seen two of the greatest of all time--Dean and K."
